薛彦超，中共党员，讲师，博士毕业于东北大学，主要从事岩石时效变形及破裂机制方面的教学与研究工作。2022年8月至2023年8月受国家留学基金委资助在法国University of Strasbourg博士联合培养。在《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Construction and Building Materials》、《Geomechanics and Geophysics for Geo-Energy and Geo-Resources》、《Journal of Central South University》等领域权威期刊发表SCI/EI学术论文17篇，授权发明专利5项。担任《Geomechanics and Engineering》、《Optics Communications》和《Geomatics, Natural Hazards and Risk》等国际期刊审稿人。
